This Privacy Policy explains how VisionLibra, a brand of Aurora AI Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”), collects and uses information when you visit visionlibra.com, contact us, or buy our products.
1. Information We Collect
- Order information. When you buy or preorder, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We receive order details and contact information — never your full card number.
- Support conversations. Messages you send to our AI support assistant or by email are stored so we can answer, follow up and improve support quality. Chat messages are processed by an AI model to generate replies.
- Forms and waitlists. Information you submit through contact or project forms.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the Site. The Site stores your shopping cart and small preferences in your own browser (localStorage); we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Information
- To process and fulfil orders, provide support and honour warranties and returns.
- To send order and product-development updates (for example preorder progress).
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and our products.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection).
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service Providers
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own safeguards: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security, data storage), AI model providers (processing support-chat messages to generate replies), and email/notification services used to route your inquiries to our team. Shipping carriers receive delivery details for your orders.
4. Robot Products & Device Data
Our robots are designed with local-first processing. Product-specific data practices (for example Aura’s event-triggered recording controlled by the wearer, or Mochi’s on-device personalization and memories) are described on the product pages, and connected features will be covered by product-specific privacy documentation delivered with the device and companion app before activation.
5. Retention
We keep order records as required for tax and warranty purposes, and support conversations for as long as needed to provide service. You may ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email contact@visionlibra.com — we respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
