These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of visionlibra.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services from VisionLibra, a brand of Aurora AI Ventures LLC (“VisionLibra”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site
The Site presents VisionLibra hardware, software, robots and data services, and lets you purchase or preorder products. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it with automated tools for scraping at scale, or using it in violation of applicable law.
2. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions — with a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Preorders, Returns & Warranty
Consumer robot purchases (including Mochi™ and Aura™) are governed by the Preorder, Refund, Return & Warranty Policy, which is part of these Terms. Preorder products may still be in development; estimated shipping windows are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed dates, and reasonable design changes may occur as described in that policy.
4. AI Features & Assistant
The Site offers an AI-powered support assistant, and some products include AI-generated behaviour or responses. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for convenience and general information; it does not create binding commitments beyond our published policies, and important order or policy questions are escalated to our team.
5. Safety Products Disclaimer
Products intended to support personal safety (such as Aura™) provide additional awareness and access to safety tools only. They cannot predict, prevent, or guarantee protection from crime, harassment, assault, or other dangerous situations, and they are not a substitute for emergency services or your own judgement.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, product designs, images, logos, software and trademarks (including VisionLibra, Mochi™ and Aura™) — are owned by or licensed to Aurora AI Ventures LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly provided in a product warranty or required by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionLibra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or products; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Aurora AI Ventures LLC is organized, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules — except where the consumer-protection law of your place of residence gives you additional non-waivable rights.
