How preorders work
Every robot is built to order. Place a preorder in the store, and we confirm colour and personalisation options by email within 48 hours. Units ship about 5 months after you order, with tracking the moment yours leaves assembly. Preorders can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, and if an order hasn’t shipped within 90 days of the original estimate you can cancel for a refund — full details in the Return & Refund Policy.
